In late 2022, Snapchat launched Dual Camera, a new product that uses the front and back phone cameras simultaneously. The creators team was tapped to execute the product launch, including the initial announcement, press assets and ads. Naturally, we produced a Creator led campaign, featuring bespoke content made by creators at our direction.
We wanted the ads to show Creators tapping into their creativity to use this unique feature in different ways, but we also needed to ensure the content they produced dovetailed with the kind of content they already produced on platform. We worked with the Creators to develop concepts and directed remotely.
